The condition is called gynecomastia. From what I have read, the treatment depends upon the cause. Exercise may not be the best solution. You may want to consult with your doctor for a medical opinion and appropriate suggestions.

Any arm or chest exercises, I guess. You need to exercise the rest of you too to remain symmetrical though. Aerobics should help you get your body fat percentage down. If that doesn't help in a few months, see a doctor.

The best exercise would be cardio, ie, running, cycling. Spot reducing won't work. Then there's surgery.

You need to lose weight all over. It isn't a matter of doing exercise in a particular area.

you should go to a gym if you dont have a membership to one and find out from a trainer or look on the machines to find out what excerises do what. Most gyms give you a week membership for free

well you can try all the chest and pec workouts but honestly you may have to have cosmetic surgery done to fully remove them.
