OK i have a DVD drive installed and a PowerDVD player everything is functional, but when i choose to paly my DVD's on the computer it saws

Error Code: F4D41436

THE TV OUT PORT OF YOUR DISPLAY CARD IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY
THE COPY PROTECTED DISC CANNOT BE PLAYED WHEN THE TV OUT FUNCTION IS ENABLED

OK WTF is that what to do to fix it... I want to watch my movies on my computer...

After conducting a few experiments and calculating some formulas I have come to the conclusion that YOU sir have a problem of which I have no wisdom.

Are you using a desktop or a laptop? If you are using a laptop with a external monitor, try disconnecting the external monitor. If it's a desktop, do you have anything plugged into the video card "out" socket? If no, video card may be at fault. Un-install the video card in the device manager, and then reboot the computer. Then re-install the drivers for the video card.
