There are so much stuff on the market now...You can use Mr Clean and Be gone and try rubbing alcohol or vinegar on a rag and apply a little pressure and it should come off.

Use PAint Thinner!!! This is the best for all kinds of marks on your glassware even if someone else would use glass cleaner or windex. I have tried Paint Thinner and it comes right off!!!

all of the above will work, but I use single edge razor blades, they will scrap anything off a window or mirror.
