like the ones our parents used to have, starting from scratch, buidling a life together from nothing. pooling the resources and slowly buying a house together, and all that?
why is it these days, women deman a man who has everything fro 2 cars to a big house with fancy 3 degree educations before she'll even consider dating him? what has happened to people these days? why are women like this? and then they cheat on the guy afterwards. its just downright unfair!

That's a good question. Not having a decent set of values and a moral compass, greed, selfishness, being materialistic, preferring style over substance, no integrity or depth of character, shallowness-----these contribute to the decline in what you refer to as "good old fashioned love." As for the types of ladies you refer to and their "requirements" of material possessions, "3 degrees", etc. I would steer clear of them at all costs. There are women out there that are decent and who are willing to build a life together, and give=== not just take, take, take..

My parents got divorced because my father was an abusive alcoholic who cheated on her and beat me. I don't want that kind of love.
If the women you're dating are the kind who demand material things and cheat, then you're not with the right kind of women. It's not the rest of the gender's fault or even the generation's fault that you end up with a few selfish ones.

everyone is too rapped up on how people look. their not spending the time to get to know people anymore its based on what they look like, and the sex !no romanceits all about saving room for the next best thing(finacially)women are like that because thats how there are approached just be yourself. if you spend a lot of money in the beginning they get spoiled when that runs out where do that leave you?

blame industrialization
i too am wondering about why we women are becoming like that too materialistic
but you see men also use women just as displays dispose them just like cars
some men marry only for sex thats why women only marry them for their money,
in order for you to avoid this find a woman who loves you for who you are and not what you have
if some woman cant accept the fact thay you are not rich she is not worthy
go love somebody else who sees you and not what your job is
women cheat because men cheat
its vice versa,cause and effect

It's still out there man! But yes, it's getting more and more difficult to find because people in general are more materialistic nowadays.

things have changed extremely, since your parents and mine. it's the things that are put out in the main stream for us to see. the money cars and houses, but let me just tell you there are still some old fashioned females out there you are just going to have to weed through the bad ones. i wish you all theluck on this adventure.
