Nobody should be able to look up another person by their licence plate digets!

The ONLY way is to file a police report for an accident or road rage incident. It is illegal for anyone with access to that information to divulge it to anyone not authorized to have it.
In many states and cities, there have peen police officers prosecuted for helping out a friend, or checking license number registration for personal use.

you can go to the local DMV office,,and they might help you,,or maybe a close friend at the court house or something,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s,,i live in tn,,and own a repair shop here.
