Get some wire cutters and slowly cut the ring into separate pieces. You should have a very small piece still in your nose after that. The very small piece should slide out without any harm to you..

Yuck. Why did you decide to put metal through perfectly good skin to begin with???? To be like your friends?
Sorry I don't mean to make you feel bad but it is a barbaric ritual that is passed of as 'rebelious' and 'cool'. It is so commonplace now that it is neither.
See a doctor if you really need to. Sounds like you could get an infection.

GOOD ADVISE FROM RASKAL, FROM EXPEIRIENCE YOU SHOULD TAKE EXTRA PRE-CAUTION TO NOT LET INFECTION SETUP, IF YOU EVER DECIDE TO TAKE THE RING OUT PERMENATLY IT WILL TAKE YEARS FOR THE HOLE TO HEAL
