A soccer ball is a ball with multiple black pentagon (5 sides) shapes around it. shouldnt be too hard in Paint. I couldnt find any websites on it. First practice drawing some pentagons. Then draw a circle. and draw a small black pentagon in the middle. Use a picture of a soccer ball as a reference. I'll put this in the souce list. Then once you have a few pentagons, connect them with a light line. Hope this helps.
