She probably feels a little funny dating your brother since you are her best friend. She is most likely trying to make the adjustment of being really close to you and dating your brother. Just give her some time and it will work out when she is more comfortable with her relationship with your brother. She may not even realize that she is acting this way.

If your friend can't be a friend when your brother is around, then she's not really a friend any other time, either. Those who care about you will do so no matter who else is in the room.

I'd advise you to try to keep your distance from her. Don't break up your friendship completely, but don't rely on her.

She's in love and that's how girls are - they forget everything else even their best friend. But what if they get married and you become sisters - wouldn't that be cool?
And if they get married she'll get bored talking to him all the time and want to talk to you again. But then it might be weird if she tells you about your brothers personal life....Oh, just go out with your other friends.

Explain to her the way you feel. Your brother probably won't listen, but you could try. If she's really "best friend" material, she'll make an effort to keep the friendship.

I would address her about the problem. She may not even realize what she's doing. If the problem persists then maybe she wasn't your friend. She may have only been your friend in order to hook up with your brother. Check your girl!

Probably find a new best friend so when your brother dumps her you won't have to be uncomfortable

talk to your friend and let her know how you're feeling. If she is truly your friend then she'll listen and do what is necessary to continue in your friendship...if not then you don't want a friend like that anyways!
