I'd suggest "guava" as the requirement only states that the word must have u-a-a in that sequence, and doesn't expressly forbid other letters in between.

If you mean those three letters together, then, no. (By the way, Quaalade is a trademark for a drug and is generally not considered a word any more than Exxon would be.)
