people ask me if i have had sex sometimes and i tell them no, and im not gonna until i get married. Then they stop and give me this look like im crazy. I would think it would be the other way around. Why?

They think having sex too young is good because the media advertises it. Since a lot of the media does not tell you to wait these days, they think it is strange. I respect you for not falling into peer pressure and waiting until marriage. That's also what I plan on. If they keep on doing that, ask them what is wrong.

Because is this day and age having sex young and with multiple partners is not frowned upon as much as it should be. You are right it should be the other way around and I applaud you for waiting until you are married... (or at least until you are older...) it shows you are doing a lot more thinking than most these days.... I wouldnt think too much about people giving you crazy looks... down the line Im sure a lot of these same people will be wishing they waited too...

This scares me because you've posted in the adolescent category. Which means you are most likely an adolescent. Are young kids really having sex? I had sex at a young age, and regret it so much. Don't listen to anyone but yourself. How about this, next time they ask if you've had sex, YOU look at them crazy, because that's a stupid question to ask someone as young as yourself! And then tell them it's something you don't talk about. It's none of their business. And keep on waiting till you're married. It's safer that way.

First of all, it is awesome that you want to wait until you have found the right person to have sex. It is rare to find teenagers nowadays that don't just cave into the pressure of their friends. They are looking at you funny because they probably don't hear that response too often, especially for a guy. But it is cool that you are sticking to what you believe in!!

particular! If i'm with somebody and we are having relaxing, somebody is particular to look at us like we are loopy. I understand that some people stay very uninteresting and sheltered lives, so i don't spend any time questioning approximately why they checked out us like we are loopy and that i proceed to rejoice with my time.
