Are there any good, free rock and roll dance lessons online?

I was just wandering if anyone knew of any web-sites that offer Rock and Roll dance lessons, steps...etc.

The closest thing to rock and roll would be jive or east coast swing. Look it up using google. I believe rock and roll is the original name, but later it became jive. Jive and east coast swing are very close too. Basic step is the same. EC swing music is a little slower, but very similar.
