If someone has zero value, perhaps even has a negative value on society, than why should we not price that life appropriately?
People like Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahlmer, John Wayne Gacy...of what value are these people? They have taken far more than they ever gave, meaning that they are less than zeroes.
Someone earlier mentioned disabilities -- the disabled do not belong in this type of discussion. Even the most disabled people often leave a positive mark on those around them, or in society.

a person can put a price zero on someone elses life because a person holds a subjective opinion, however detestable.
This does not render the targets life as worthless, it simply means in monetary terms a puts value zero on b. simple.

well anyone can put a price of zero on any person;but, only if that person does not believe in god, have no value for human life.
personally i believe that i can only be possible if you don't have any disregards for human life because if you believe that than any one can put a price of zero on anyone.

Because they put a price of zero on their own life, and life itself, they can't see anyone else , just themselves, and their own misery . Even their own stupid idea of power is for themselves only. They are the lowest form of humanity ! ( Like Osama )
God will judge ... not u and me.
You cannot put a price on your own life it is priceless, and you know it, so you cannot put a price on anyone else's existence either.
You don't really know the person, who you are supposed to devalue, but you know the people who tell you to do it .... they are the scum ... and what happens when they judge you anyway.
You don't want to know or associate with those people who would put a price on you , later they will judge you too. Duh?
You cannot do honest business with dishonest people. Duh again.

You can't, really. Even the person who is completely dependent on others and is little more than a pain in the butt, burden to those around him/her, has done SOMETHING of value at some point in their life. Even if it's just having a kid.

I don't believe in any religion but i believe in a "god" a "creator" who loves us all same, since we don't give no ones life then its not our place to put a price on any ones life, all of us are unique and necessary on this earth so nobody is worthless no matter what anyone thinks of them....

No one is worth zero. We are all worth at least the price of one bullet (more if the first one misses).

Because for some people the human life is worthless...unless it's their own life or life of family and friends, they don't seem to notice that all human life are priceless and unique.

The fact that you view humans or human life through a monetary view is, well, pathetic. It is impossible to even speak of life in such terms.

some just worth less. some deserve it. what price would you give a murderer? People are smarter than we think now. if authorities wouldn't devalue those mad people, legal system would be worthless.
