Everytime I vote, I don't receive a point for my best answer choice...

Yes, 1 point. If you go over your limit for the day, you don't get the points but you still get to vote.

Yes, we still get one point for each vote but we no longer get a point if we vote 'no best answer'. We also no longer get a point for rating a question or answer :-(

If you mean best answer on a question YOU asked, you still get 3 points. If you mean you vote for best answer for someone else's question, no you don't.

Yeah, you're supposed to get 1pt every time you vote for a best answer.
