If there are Country Club ladies where you work, there will be buzzing gatherings around the water cooler, not-so-covert glances in your direction and when you come within hearing range, they will suddenly break apart and go back to their desks. Oh, WAIT. Country Club ladies don't go to WORK! What's wrong with me anyway?

nothing! i mean this is the first year i ever heard the thing about no white after labor day and that is just because on this website ppl talked about. nothing is going to happen! whats the worst that could happen? give u a firm lecture? its not like they will arrest u!

Well, you CAN wear white after Labor Day. It's a myth that you shouldn't.

nothing.. it's fine to wear white after labor day now...
i'm a fashion and merchansiding major.. and i have an internship with vogue magazine... trust me... times have changed it's fine... it's nice in the cold weather so you look crisp and clean in pure white... for fall, i'd suggest off whites, browns, reds, and deep greens... those are such great colors this fall..
