I have about 50 e-mail addresses in my "block list" that are in the form "*@(domain name)" and another 150 specific e-mail addresses, yet the "generic" messages are getting through and some of the specific ones are getting through, too. I get a lot of pornographic spam and I cannot stop it. WHY?

I have consulted with SBCGLOBAL and they have walked me through the settings, but I still get the spam! WHY?

Spammers have your email address, and they give it to each other. They send from different machines and accounts every day.

You should periodically change your email address. And use a hotmail address for any websites that require an email address.

Step 1. Stop looking at Porn.

Step 2. Try purchasing a program like CA E-trust's Anti-Spam for Outlook/Outlook Express or Norton/Symantec's Anti-Spam. A lot of anti-spam applications aren't for filtering e-mail though, so do some research before you waste money. ;)
