Yes I have the same problem, I am 32 weeks pregnant and have had it the whole time. Finally they found out that I have really low iron. But until then what I would do is eat a piece of fruit first, it would help ease the sick feeling, while I was fixing something else. Try not to eat a whole lot in one meal and try to eat smaller portions throughout the day, that helped me greatly! Sorry to hear that you are having those problems, Im right there with ya, I hope that it gets better for you though!

Yes, I'm on week 8 of my pregnancy and I have such a hard time getting anything down. The problem is, when I don't have anything in my belly I feel even more like I'm going to throw up then when I'm eating. The only time I feel good is about 30 minutes after I was able to keep a small meal down. Everyone keeps telling me to constantly eat small meals but it is so hard. I'm done with this part and am hoping by week 12 (or sooner) that I'll be done with morning sickness.

Yes and its perfectly normal, I have asked the dr. Its hard to get on the routine of eating everytime you feel hungry, or it was for me at first. I felt like i was over eating. But thats not true. It takes somewhere between 500-800 extra calories when ur pregnant to supply the baby. So when you first start feeling the urge to eat, you should. Doesn't have to be a big meal, but some kind of snack. I am over morning sickness and have been for about a month, but still I get sick if I don't eat when my tummy tells me too. Hope this helps and good luck!!!

I had the same thing and it would get so bad that I would get really light headed and a few times I even passed out. I was told by my doctor that when you get up in the morning before you lift your head up off of your pillow to eat a few saltine crackers and it worked for me. I am also anemic so it got a lot worse when I was pregnant and I couldn't take prenatal vitamins because I used to throw up blood when I took them. I am so glad all of that is over and now I have a healthy little boy. It wasn't so bad with my second baby and she is perfectly healthy too!! Just hang in there and try to eat some saltine crackers every morning before you lift your head up. It worked for me!!! Good Luck and God Bless!!!

Yes. I get to the point where I don't know if I'm starving or need to throw up. Eating a cracker at a time helps the nausea go away so I can then find something to eat. It sucks, I know. One of the many "joys" of pregnancy.
