Uchiha, Itachi, he is so evilly cool he doesn't really even have 2 fight to kick some ones a** plus if even adults are afraid of you that shows something.

Of course Gaara is evil! He killed those dudes in the forest for almost NO REASON! You'll know exactly how evil he really is once you read book 11 or the episode comes out, if you don't read the manga.

There are so many good villains, The akatsuki definitely have a lot of good Villains, Haku is also a good villain but in my eyes she will always be victim of circumstances, due to the king of deception himself zabuza. then there is Orichimaru, any person summon snakes is definitely a bad *** in my book. But the greatest anti-hero is without a doubt Biju, the phenom himself, I believe he and naruto were made for each other, Biju is like the ying to Naruto's yang, the compliment each other. Nevertheless Biju is a force to be wrenken with. HAIL TO BIJU OR YOUR SOUL IS HIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
