Theres no option to "run"?

I go to the start menu and I dont see run. I open task manager and theres still no option to run. I used to have that virus that gives you the message task manager is disabled by administrator but that went away after I rebooted. So whats the problem.

Right-click your Start button, click Properties, click Customise, and make sure "Display Run" has a tick next to it.

windows xp , rt click on the taskbar , click advanced tab, scroll thru list and select run command.
