i know it sounds kinda creapy, but has that ever happened to you?
what could it have been? not talking about spirits and ghosts, im meaning more like scientifically or any other explanation?

Our imagination can play tricks on us. Anyone at anytime can imagine someone else [like a spirit or something] is in the room with them. It's sort of like imagining you are at a beach; you can hear the seagulls, you can feel the sun and the breeze, smell the tanning lotion and the ocean, and taste the Margaretta.

It can also stem from selective sensations becoming noticed [a cool puff of air, a smell, a slight sound, etc.] that was there a moment ago, as well, but which you were not focusing on prior to it.

Honey I don't think there is a scientific explanation for what you have experience . I think you are senseing the presence of a spirit which is not a ghost. could be some one who loves you who has passed on watching out for you. so don't be afraid.

When I am all alone late at night, sometimes I feel like someone is there. IDK why though. Maybe too many crime shows I guess.
