See what one little pill or condom can fix. If i where in your shoes (ive used bc pills for this same reason for 7yrs) i would NOT get the abortion, F()CK the dad hes dead (not litteraly, hes a coward), try to find a job ASAP, a friend for a meantime, and tell your mom. If she kicks you out (my mom would tell me the same and yes they do mean it... hence bc pills.) then you'll have some form of money. Theres shelters for the day anything you can find. You have to become a woman overnight and now you have no choice. There is no such thing as not having money. I work two days i live with my husband and our daughter (step but calls me mom). Yet we are hopeing to get pregnant this month (im the woman you hear that wants to have a baby but cant). If i were you i would fight for this child because guess what it is a gift. Look into the ttc forum and look at all the clomid woman are taking just to have a child (im gonna be one). We would kill for one. So get strong, be a woman and always remember that this is your life in the end of the day and no one else.

My son is in the same situation. I am the grandma and try to keep in touch, I dont say anything because I do not want to be denied my visitations either. But if the situation came up I will go to court and ask for my visitations rights also.
If you have a court order that says you do have visitation, you need to either involve the courts an ask for an order to show cause on her part and let her answer to the courts. If she fails to show up at court, things may look a lot brighter for you.

You'll have people tell you to pray..... forget it. Find your self an attorney. Yup, it will cost you money, but you have every right to see your daughter if the courts in your divorce granted you that right. If you never married her mother, and don't have a divorce, you still have rights to see your child, particularly since you are paying child support. Good luck,,,, your daughter has a right to know her dad, and her dad has a right to help raise his child....

Perhaps you need to notify Support Enforcement about this situation and get the services of a good lawyer.

You need to contact a lawyer, if you have visitation rights. Your ex is basically kidnapping your daughter. You have rights and should seek legal advise as soon as possible.

Continue to do what you can and leave the rest to God. Your time will come when you'll be given the oppurtunity to explain to your daughter the series of events and to have the relationship you desire to have with her. I am sure she feels the love you have for her, even from afar.
