They have done this. As a matter of fact I watched the scientist perform this action on a Nova television broadcast. After analyzing thin slices through a microscope they found that the neuro pathways and dendrites were much greater in number and complexity than normal. A good analogy to the neuro branches of the brain might be the tree. Most of the answers here you can equate to driftwood, but as far as Einstein' brain is concerned, consider his brain as the California Redwood of trees.
And the above quote was not Einstein, that was Thomas Edison.

Yes doctors couldn't find anything very different. Initially they were believing that genius brains had to be bigger due to higher number of neurons.........this theory was mainly driven from the fact that humans had the biggest brain amongst the mammals.
This also led to a hypothesis that dolphins are very intelligent as they had big brains, but recently it was found that dolphins are not that really intelligent and their big brains was mainly designed to handle the high pressure in the sea water.
Similarly after analysing Einsteins brain they found that it was the normally sized, something had to be different......but with the current understanding of brain, we do not know yet.

That became an particularly thrilling test you pulled off. i think of you have already got the respond. And for my 2 cents rather worth: Artists tend to be extra imaginitive of their questioning - they are not limited with the help of formula and information and actual rules. they are loose to think of and create. Scientists, on the different hand, might desire to handle empirical information and stay interior the barriers that define their perceived reality. In remaining, an artist does not hesitate to attempt and create a perpetual action gadget - and may even succeed. Scientists does not waste their time even attempting through fact it violates thermal dynamic rules. i for my section think of basically a splash of the artist's loose questioning probably makes for a much extra suited scientist.

Einsteins brain was removed after his death and studied. I don't know if they found anything special though.

Einstein was a mathematical genious, but he had dislexia and could not read well... Most geniouses have only one good subject, and are horrible at the rest... And yes, his brain is sitting in a jar of formaldehyde somewhere...

They did, right after his death and found nothing out of the ordinary. His brain was just a touch over three pounds

I believe it was Einstein who said "genius is 1% inspiration, 99% perspiration."
