No, but fiberglass is soft, you can always clean up your cut with a file and sandpaper.
Seldom is any cut done perfectly the first time.

it will i you can hold the fender real still,,but it shifts on you it will probably brake it or run a crack in it,,a saws all will do a good job,,if you can keep it still,,and it is faster,,the key to cutting it,,is speed,,and having a steady hand,,good luck with it i hope this help,s.

If the glass is heavy enough you can. If the glass is thin and flexible it could break.
Use a carbide grit edge blade and cut slowly.
