Buying a dildo at an "adult store" is normal.

Normal? I don't think 'normal' people shop at adult bookstores. Sexullay progressive people do. Unless it is the clerk's first day, or you are wearing something exceptional, the clerk is going to think of you as just another in a long line of customers. It won't be the highlight of their day, or even worth remembering. Don't worry. It helps if you act confident. Worried, meek, self-conscious customers are more rememberable.
