I am thinking about a career change. I like working in an office, but am finding that the deeper I get into the capitalist world, the less I like it. I still need to live comfortably, but feel that if I was a teacher or worked for a non profit, I would not make enough to support a family. Does anyone know a good company to work for (in the Orlando, FL Area) that helps people along with making a couple bucks along the way?

Disney a family oriented company - right, not for years and years and years.
Hard to say what you should do when you didn't mention any skill set you had to work with.
Understand that many "not for profits" have a higher "profit margin" than for profits - we just call it "excess revenue", and siphon that money off in high wages, extravagent charity events and smoozing potential donors - I tell you that so in case you become disenchanted when your not for profit isn't the shining knight you think it is you won't be surprised.
If you're good at finances, why don't you start / work for a financial ministry to help people? Or if you're a tradesperson, do a habitat for humanity house on the side.
BTW, Accutel, based in Lakeland, is a good company to work for.
