The tone of your question skill that very nearly all of Catholic clergymen are, what(?), pedophiles... actually 6% of Catholic clergymen are pedophiles. Granted, it really is 6% too many yet allow's be authentic. do not anticipate that a guy is shielded from extreme sins even as he's ordained a clergymen. clergymen are not any more above the regulation, they're nevertheless difficulty to it like some thing human beings. clergymen are not any a lot less in threat of temptation than some thing human beings. Being Ordained via God does no longer assure sinlessness. Sinlessness has no longer been area of the human situation. some human beings sin more effective than others, and a number of those who sin more effective than others are clergymen. that is that straightforward.

It's called a double edged sword, those things that make us human also make us suffer. Take a look at why communism failed. Human nature, that's why, we want to own things and we want to be rewarded for our efforts as well as power corrupting.
But humanity is far better than being without feeling or reason or art or beauty. It's the power of choice and love and responsibility. Human nature is complicated to explain, but trust me it's better than we sometimes give it credit for.

Well, I already clicked on "Answer Question" before I went back and read the first four answers, and they sound excellent to me, especially tanya's, Biker's, and navyhm1983. Well, smudgeward's ain't bad either. I was just going to say, it's the humanity part. God Bless you.

Not enough compassion and empathy for others. People are mostly out for themselves and as long as something negative or bad doesn't directly effect them, for the most part, they don't care about the plight of their fellow man.
