I doubt it. However, you can change your diet. But exercise is probably the best way. If you don't like to exercise because of other people's comments, try exercising in your house where no one except your family will see you (and hopefully they don't make rude comments, too.) And "go the extra mile"- ie., instead of driving the car to a nearby spot, you can walk there or ride your bike. That won't draw too much attention. Or you can take the stairs instead of the elevator. Do little things like that to help yourself lose weight, and above all, BE PATIENT and KEEP AT IT. Key word: Perseverance. Those pounds won't disappear overnight, so you will just have to work at it until you reach your desired weight. Good luck.
Edit: Running at the school track is a good idea too; there's a high school near my house and whenever I ride my bike past the field next to it, the field is usually empty, so no one will be there to tease you.

A diet change can help to a large extent. Don't drink any sugared foods, avoid caffeine, and make sure to follow the food pyramid. Avoid sugary and high fat foots and limit carbs to natural ones (like are found in vegetables and whole grains). If you have bad eating habits..and face it, most teens do, this will help start your weight loss, and may carry you for good while.
Other than that, look at unconventional exercise. I started a weight loss program a year ago and have lost 80 lbs. I also hate to exercise, but I've gotten around that in my own ways. I play dance video games in the privacy of my own home (Dance Dance Revolution). I now walk as often as I can...to friends houses, to the store, etc. And I hike and geocache. That is it for my exercise and it's helped tremendously.

Exercise at home if you're self conscious about doing it in public. There's tons of exercise dvds available. And maybe ask your parents to invest in a treadmill. You can listen to music or watch movies while walking to make the time go by faster.
Eating healthy is also important. Work on eliminating sodas, sweets, fast food, etc. Increase your intake of fruits, veggies, salads, etc. Drink lots of water.

The South sea coast nutrition plan worked great for me. i found it to be greater healthy than any of those different diets using fact it consisted of an extremely balanced nutrition plan. the 1st 2 weeks have been difficult on account which you won't be in a position to have any carbs, yet after that it turns into greater like a life-style extremely than a nutrition plan. I found out that there are maximum of wholesome carbs to consume and that something sparsely is powerful. I lost 20 pounds in this nutrition plan and that i lost yet another ten after including in yoga to my workout consultation. each and every person is distinctive so my suggestion to you is attempt countless issues and don't supply up--it took me some years to locate what works for me.

eat healthy, and dont overeat. you really have to exercise, but try exercising at home or just ignore the people making comments. if they were worth anything they would recognise your attempts to solve your own problems.
(technically you could just not eat, but you'll gain it all back and more as soon as you start to eat again and you'll get a reputation as an anorexic. trust me, ive been there, and it isnt fun)
