ment is the suffix, as in if you are filling out a form they ask you for your suffix and you put jr. sr. 3rd...ect. but is that a real word, anti and dis are both negatives, so disestablishment would mean to be against an establishment and to be antidis... that would basically mean the establishment it's self I'm not a english major here but I don't think it's proper grammer
