I can only sleep with feather pillows but I can tell you that after 10 years he is sleeping on a jungle of germs and mites ect. The Army wasn't buying goose down for sure so it is filled with duck and chicken feathers. You can buy good heavy feather pillows at your better bath and home stores. I would only keep them for a year or two tops. Does he have any allergy problems? Get rid of the old pillow. New ones will cost 30-50 dollars for a good quality heavy pillow.

good luck finding one i looked for a long time finaly found one at a yard sale it`s my fav. pillow lol .i looked at military stores even tried to buy one from army guys but they dont use them any more so.....
