YES!
Instead of eyeliner, use a black eye shadow with a very small and thin brush. Use it as eyeliner. It never smears/smudges.etc. If you live near an ulta. The best eyeliner is Milani, it's only $3.00 and never smears on me. or if you don't, try ordering it at the website.

Try clinique cake eyeliner. Just add water to the brush swirl it on the cake color and apply. Stay put i love it. Comes in soft black and brown. Transfer resistant as well.

Dont use it
Make-up is the biggest cause of women having skin problems, as well as developing allergy's. Learn to use plain soap and water along with a non soft wash cloth, it cleans the skin and will leave you with a great feeling.

the expensive stuff costs more because it works better....Lancome/Borghese/Lauder....spend the extra $ to get better results. My Borghese lipstick lasts through the day even when I grab a bite at my desk and don't think about reapplying it.
