You need a good friend who will hug you and listen to your problems, you should not be playing games with people, you never win, so focus this energy on something much more useful, when you are in a relationship and playing fun, kinky games is your thing,you will know how to seduce him/her, you will get all the attention you desire, but you will never land a partner playing games like these, nobody wants a player, it's not a trust worthy quality, good luck

It's very simple. Watch them closely. See what interests them. Offer it to them in many ways, subtly and overtly in varying degrees. Be consistent but not pushy. It's a sad reality, but people can be seduced, sometimes for bad results, sometime for good ones. But for the seducer, the results are always bad because you'll realize not too long into the seduction that that person you seduced doesn't really care for you. They care for what you offered them, and when that's no longer available (and it always ends since you are not an endless supply of anything), they'll see you for what you did to them, and then, there's truly hell to pay, unless your "intentions" were caring and trustworthy and "genuine". I always wanted to trick someone into thinking they just couldn't live without me....isn't it wonderful to manipulate people like that?
Try watching Charmed if you want some really good tips for spells and love potions...
OR, you could just try being yourself and letting people who are attracted to who you REALLY are just naturally gravitate towards you.
To be honest, if you have to work so hard to get their attention, then you'll have to work even harder to keep it. And that usually doesn't work out so well. I would say....grow up and let them, and YOU, get on with a real life, instead of a hollow performance.

The way you phrased this makes chloroform sound like the answer you wanted to hear.
Its called love and being in a relationship. You can't 'Make" anyone come to you, but you can attract them by being honest, funny, polite, employed, etc, etc Sorry if I sounded like an ***, it was just the way the question was phrased.
