Just curious . . . are you circumcised? I was just reading that men who are circumcised have greatly reduced sensation in the penis. It is possible to stretch the rest of the skin on your penis to mimic the original foreskin, but it takes a few years to complete the process and I have no experience doing it. I plan to give it a try as soon as I can get the right supplies to get started. They say that men who do it report greatly increased sensation when having sex, mostly from the glans (the end of the penis) being partially restored to its natural state. You can read about the non-surgical procedure here: http://www.norm.org/ I just bought their ebook, and I must say that it seems worth the money ($10). They also have a paper copy available in case you aren't into ebooks.

What else . . . try eating a healthier diet (with whole grains, lean meat, fruits, and vegetables) and exercising! As far as supplements go, you should at least take a good multivitamin. Good luck!

condon: Pumpkin seeds are also a good source of zinc! And they're less disgusting than oysters too.

You are 52 and managed to make love daily? Hello Brother, that's a very good sexuall performance.

when we get pass 45, our erection ability usually goes down. meaning it gets harder and harder to maintain a good erection. and the time intervals to get another erection gets longer and longer.

with your age and your current frequent daily sex, I am not surprise the little one ( sorry, may be yours is big :) ) would not be able to react to the call so efficiently.... so, what you can do is ...

1) have less sex , 3 time a week should be more than sufficient at your age. Its not the number that counts, but its the impact that drives us. would you rather have 3 great hard erections and strong intense orgasms than 7 dwarfs leaving the snow white frustrated ?

2) Food, choose food that have more zinc content. Certain Seafood are known to give you that extra fuel...oyster, lobster... spicy food .... try ginger...it helps for me.....

3) Healthy lifestyle, jogging and frequent full body massage to let your blood circulation goes on smoothly.

and most of all, enjoy each other's company and the rest is just bonus. enjoy.

Try yoga - - it will improve blood flow by allowing your body to better utilize oxygen. Good for you for staying sexually active - -added bonus? Sex will help keep your prostrate gland healthy!
