B. The quadrants are :
I upper right
II upper left
III lower left
iV lower right

C. Just write the coordinates from each ppoint in a table with headings x and y

The left number is the x value, which gives you the distance right or left of the y axis. + = right and - = left
The right number is the y value, or the distance from the x axis. + = up and - = down.

B.
You find the quadrant in which the point is located by examining the signs of the data:

-,+ = 2nd quadrant.
-,- = 3rd quadrant.
+,- = 4th quadrant.
