Remember these people are going through the greatest guilt feelings that any collective peoples can feel. Maybe the administration will introduce this to aid the Black Community's rehabilitation in American society.

Yes it can happen here too. For one thing, the Jewish Community has allot of power, not to mention money to get their point of view or agenda thru. And where ever they are, they are always the victim. It is unfortunate though, to use suppression of free speech, out of fear to be hated or disliked, although they can be quite graphic and verbal them selves. If you can hear your accusers you can do something about what your enemy perceives. Not by silencing them in the west, thru threats and laws that will punish those that disagree with you, or in the middle-east thru war. And white guilt, as this phenomena has been used by Blacks and Jews alike, will have no long lasting results either. It is disgusting.
But it is the deep embedded mindset of the Cain and Able attitude in Jews, that will perpetuate hate and future conflicts with Israel and the world at large. It is so unfortunate.
I suggest strongly, please read the Book "White Guilt", by Shelby Steele. It will show you that it does not work, other than it is a tool in the exploitation of the White Race. No one wins, every one loses here in the US. As for the Jews (and their influence in other lands) who will send everyone to prison that does not agree with them, and/or belief other perspectives of the Holocaust, for whom they don't care, is just one less enemy for them to worry about behind lock and key. It's the victim mentality at work, get even. (Not Justice) But it is the TRUTH that will set them free, and nothing else will do. Both happend !

Freedom of thought exists only in theory. In reality you cant question or comment on the point of view of the winners.Remember Ezra Pound and Robert Brasilliac.
About the Black Community's rehabilitation ,as a European i wonder :it's been 140 years since slavery ended. Is it a real problem or is it an excuse?

Well, since it isn't against the law here, if any political figure were to do something like that, they wouldn't win dup on trial, but they would cause a major uproar and hurt their popularity, not a smart move in american politics. I doubt this is a crime where if the common everyday man said it to his friend he would be arrested, as much of doing this pubically and to an audience. Of course this is a violation of freedom of speech and if you were to enfource this, it's only right to enforce approving other past crimes against humanity or war crimes, especially in the U.S. where there are so many different people form different backrounds that the smallest reference of approval to the most obscure war crime would cause an uproar, so to answer your qustion, no, it wouldn't happen here because it is a violation of rights and only applies to foolish politcal moves. Also, Turkey has been dening the Armenian genocide ever since it started, dening these things are wrong, but we can't change what a person truly believes.

Hmm. As we don't have such a law I don't see how.

I also don't see any connection to "the Black Community". Slavery has been outlawed for 140 years. No former slaves are still alive so there is nobody that merits "aid" as the result of being a slave.

I've never met anyone who denied that slavery existed up until the end of the civil war. What is the connection?

This law basically says you must have a fake or concealed respect for the still questionable Holocaust...how can such a arbitrary law endear anyone towards the Jews?
This is a big farce and the Austrians need to change their law!

ride on somone's coat tails, if you want to rehabilitate the black community trying taking all the money from the drug dealers, hookers and pimps and build better schools, roads, housing, etc. and stop expecting the rest of us to do what you are able to do yourself.

Any country that has laws that compel one to agree with something is an enslaved country. It is absolute imprisonment of thought. If anything could make someone hate Jews, this abomination is it!!

This is disgusting. I think Holocaust denial is ridiculous, but I guess Austria hasn't escaped fascism yet. Censorship is worse than liars.
