the working title of the upcoming movie was "bond 21",
I was looking at the other releases on my "die another day" disc and they listed all except "never say never again"
"die another day" was supposedly the 20th,as you can see on the list it is actually the 21st..
why is never say never again not counted.

ok, I read something on this at blockbuster online.they list never say never as coming out in 1983 while my friend said this and view to a kill came out in 1985. the discs themselves say '85. did they both come out the same year?
kind of odd to get an unauthorized movie made with the original reluctant actor.

because never say never again was a un official remake of thunderball. it was not sanctioned by the brocollis who are the production team of united artists. owners of the james bond franchise.

It was not an official release approved by the owners of the James Bond series. It was an independently made "unauthorized" remake of Thunderball.

because "never ay never again" was not produced by cubby broccoli and not released thru mgm...therefore it is not considered an "official" 007 movie...plus..it was basically a remake of "thunderball"...lotsa legal stuff there...too much to go into here...
