Well to make your stomach stronger i know that push ups always are good and sit ups too. But for slimming your thighs, obviously exercises but like running or jogging, or like holding your legs on a diaganal in the air that strengthin\s them. also wall sits (idk if you know what those are but), what you do is like you put your back to the wall and legs at a 90 degree angle and like "sit" in the air. Well i hope that helps ya...bye for now

if its slimming, meaning getting rid of excess fat, you should do frequent cardiovascular exercises like running, biking, treadmill, aerobics, etc... anything that will raise your heart rate for a prolonged period of time... but that's only half of the equation, you also have to watch what you eat... try lowering your calorie intake a little by skipping out those fatty desserts and replace them with fruits... coz the only way you'll lose fat/weight is to burn more calories than what you intake.. =)

but you might want to tone your thighs and stomachs as well (so as not to make your skin sag and to give u a better shape as well), you might consider doing squats, crunches, and other weight training that will target those areas =)

good luck! (",)

I do 3 straight minutes of upper abs, then a couple sets of pushups, then 3 straight minutes of lower abs, then some more pushups.
