animals that can vary a lot in appearance (such as pidgeons) but are still the same species usually mate with similar looking mates.
animals are scared of certain markings and colors (such as yellow of bees) because they associate that appearance with adverse outcomes. there are lots of examples of what is called "mimicry" where an animal evolves to have patterns of a dangerous animal so predators are scared to mess with it (catepillars that look like snakes, none stinging insects that have markings of stinging insects)
i think the brain is hardwired to find patterns and make educated assumptions based on those patterns, and race is simply just another trait that the brain makes innate assumptions and stereotypes on.

Though wrong, you are right. Solving the riddle, racism is wrong. Racism is natural. It is also naturally wrong. By definition, racism is the belief that a race is superior or inferior to another race. If a great many blondes get dates and a great many red heads don't get dates, then it is natural without any real study to believe that blondes get more dates than red heads. Part of it is separating fact from fiction. The other part is separating hate from ignorance. People can believe racism to be correct through ignorance or through hate. The animal kingdom is more of a I'm number one than we're number one. In that sense they are types of racists. Troops of apes compete with each other. The important thing to remember is that ignorance is cured through education. Hate is cured through love.

I don't think you would consider it racist, but the animal world is the same as humans and they segregate animals in their own class especially if they are weak. For instance, we had exotic chickens a few years ago and we had white silkies and black silkies to name a few. The white silkie hen was blind and all the other chickens kept pecking at her until we took her out of the yard because they would have kept pecking until they killed her.
Humans are the same way, if you have a group of people and they find one is weak or different, they will keep at that person until they make them sick or they commit suicide. people are very cruel.

it's not natural, religion is a man made thing and religion is what has caused so many problems that we unfortunately still live with, one being racism and the other being Christians

Ants. Some ant colonies literally enslave members of other ant colonies if they get a hold of them. Even if they are of the same species.
