Ok I have a 2006 Kia Spec 5 5 speed manual. My clutch is acting funny and I really don't know what might be wrong, how to go about fixing it, and how much is this?

"....acting funny" is a bit ambiguous. No way of really telling what is wrong or how much it will cost for repair.
For a 2006, this car is either under warranty, or you have literally driven the wheels off of it. Take it back to the dealer for warranty inspection.
