White is the most desirable color among home buyers, it's neutral, clean looking, and allows them to more easily envision what they could do with the home. It's also somewhat light reflective and won't fade, which is a plus in sun drenched Florida. You need to use GOOD paint, with an undercoating, and prepare it properly, as it also has a tendency to "bleed" if cheaply or improperly painted. A power painter and a power washer are both good investments. The mottled stone colored paints they have now might be a nice crisp natural note for the foundation and trim. They have paints which mimic everything from sand to marble to slate, and lots more! You could complement the shade of your roof, or any stone that you might have in the yard.

Do you mean painting your house? If you want to paint your house and you live in Florida - use very muted terra cottas, blue grays, white is nice, gray greens to muted sage greens, sandy colored browns

I think you meant you "intend" to paint your house.
You'll want something that will look well with other houses in the neighborhood. Why not ask your neighbors what kind of paint they used? Of course, you'll want to ask the ones whose paint jobs have seemed to last.

I have always like the olive green with some sort of maroon or burgandy trim. It looks good with palm trees outside.

Yellow or green. Use three colors. One main house, one trim & a eye popper for the door.
