I am currently looking for info on legal separation and if I will get child support and part of military retirement pay

im sure you can get child support but not really sure about the military pay..

if you are separated you can get child support, but the retirement will be different, you have to be married at least 10 years for that, and if you have brought home paychecks you might not.
