If they have a job and can prove that they have steady income, a convicted felon shouldn't have a huge problem finding a place to live. As far as rentals are concerned, most small landlords do not check references and do not have access to the credit bureaus.

I know convicts that live where they lived before they wrecked their lives & did their time. I know convicts that moved away to a small town to work a sucky job
