I am thinking of having a nose job with a chin augmentation (I have a very small chin that doesn't look pretty to me). Anybody have any experience witht his?

I personally haven't had a chin implant but I have seen a bunch done. I work for a plastic surgeon. I am his surgical assistant. They are a common procedure and 99% of the time look great afterwards. Not a huge difference but in combination with a rhinoplasty they can make a big difference. Just look at Ashlee Simpson. She looks much more feminine and softer. Her doctor did a great job. I think it is a personal decision but I would say go for it if that is what you would really like to do. I am so sick of people esp. women who are constantly ranting about society not accepting us for who we are that is why we feel the need to get plastic surgery. I think to each their own, get it done if you want and don't worry about what other people (esp. women) think. You go girl!

Maybe you should keep your freinds nuts on your chin and save yourself some cash.
