The nature of morality is for it to be an ever-changing definition of what is considered to be "right" or "wrong" because of our constantly evolving society and the blurring of what was previously established as the guidelines of those parameters. Therefore, it is not static but ever-changing, dependent on what the people determine it to be.

Morality comes from a set STANDARD, an unmoveable MARK based in an absolute. God is the author of morality because only HE is purely righteous, or purely UPRIGHT. Righteousness and morality should be equal in use and understanding.

Morality comes from one's own conscience and one's own sense of right and wrong.

However, conscience should not always be the guide. Serial killers often have no remorse after committing murder, while others feel badly about the smallest matters.

Some consciences need to be re-trained.
