I got my period as usually like a week ago, nothing wrong or out of the ordinary justs some cramps but that's normal, And today I found this like blood stain in my underware.... is it normal?? what is it?? shoud I worry? It had never happened before'm freaking out!!!!!

ur period some times comes back and will like leave blood like i call it the after blood cause i have the same thing happen to me when my period ends and i get like blood stains in my underwear dont worry it is after blood

It's normal. Don't freak out, you'll be fine. I think most gurlz have the same thing. I alwayz get it before my actual period starts or after my period is over.Just wear a panty liner, or a thin pad and it'll stop.

once or twice when i have my period it stops for like a day or so then comes back just wear a liner on your underwear for like a week afer you have it just in case idk why it happens ...
