The effects of little sleep is that you cant think clearly, usally depends on the person. Me myself, one time was awake for 24 hours I did not feel good and at the 24 hour mark I was blacking out constantly, feeling as I was going blind and having not much communicatioon with other people, but that's just me. I would not dare even try and at a certain time your body needs that sleep and will tear you down untill you go out like a light and you go to sleep your body will not lit you wake up untill you get a certain amount of sleep this is just my own experience but may very well happen.

When you deprive your muscles and tissues the lack of rest you are going to see the effects on your system. Your body will have less energy and your immune system will have a harder time fighting off pathogens nad eventually you will get short tempered, moody, and sick usually a common cold that will put you in bed for a couple days! Always try to get at least 6 hours of sleep, the very minimal on a regular basis!

Your whole body takes a toll when you don't get enough sleep.

1 You don't think clearly...your cognitive self is completely out of whack

2 Your body will have trouble doing easy things like walking and holding your head up

3 Extreme sleep deprivation can lead to hallucinations

4 It alters your hormones, metabolisms and even promotes the effects of aging.

Get sleep! It's very important.

Everyone needs their sleep at least 7 hours a night to be able to function properly. Prolonged loss of sleep can cause depression, hallucinations, psychotic behavior, memory loss, aggression, and other psychological effects.

One thing you can get real grouchy but on the bad side if you go without sleep for too long you can hallucinate and it is just very hard on your body. So get plenty of sleep...
