anybody know what year the cleveland steamer co. went out of business?

was it bankruptcy?

They didn't actually go out of business, they were bought out by Alabama Hotpocket LLC in 1998. The main product line was modified and is now know operating under the moniker of The Boston Pancake Group.

I thought they were bought by the American Steamship Company
