i'd start off with a bowl of white bean soup with sausage and thyme.. accompanied by brown butter soda bread, the main course would consist of: slow roasted pork, onion, mozzarella sandwiches.. romaine salad with creamy roast garlic dressing, then! for dessert, some decadent milk chocolate peanut butter sandwich cookies..i made this whole thing for my mom's B'day early this year
