sing from your diaphragm....not out your nose....get into the song you're singing....dont stand like a stick....be loose...and sing out...and loud...but realize when your singing turns into yelling....know your range...get a voice teacher...do vocal excercises...they really do help...like scales and stuff...learn proper breathing...when you sing certain words sometimes its better to over enunciate at first so people can understand the words you're saying...
standing works very well when you're just learning to sing...then after a while...try to sing while you sit...or lie down....i know it sounds weird...but look in music videos...mariah carey, shakira..ha, snow patrol...lying down actually helps...andrea bocelli recorded a song lying flat on his back....it forces you to use your lower body.....
also observe other people in a class, school, church...whatever...do you think they sound good...bad...why....and then there are those people who always sound good...yea...cant help you with that....ha...but you probably have a beautiful voice...:-)
hope that helps....im not like a teacher or expert or anything...im not even in choir...well not anymore....but its from experience...and seeing the differences in the way people sing...why they sound bad...or good....
im sorry this seems like a lot of things to think about...but once you get started...all of this will just become natural...

great!!!! but u can sing well only after long time of Practice....
practice is the only way to sing well.....
sometimes it also depends on the way ur teacher teaches u......
PRACTICE IN THE MORNING THIS WILL HAVE A GREATER EFFECT!

heat up your voice by putting stress on the Diaframe (the top of your midsection ribcage look up) and sing me me me or Buzz. This facilitates with vocal stamina or attempt eating 2 litres water conventional to maintain your voice sparkling. additionally whispering places tenion on your voice and makes your throat sore! merely talk many times!

it's all about using your breath properly. if you're breathing from your head and chest, the voice will sound meek. from the belly sounds full and powerful. also, don't be afraid to open your mouth. the sounds flow better from an open airway, than a closed one.
