I've looked it up and read a little about it but I wanted to hear it from you girls that have it done. I think they look great!

it all depends on your pain tolerance level, and i think it is the actual process that makes it look like it hurts. The process itself i don't think bothered me much, the chick who did it was so professional and sterile. Just make sure you do what they say when taking care of it, and get a bar instead of a hoop...less infection!!

I haven't had it done but it hurts. Pushing a needle through your body and then a piece of jewelry at 14 gauge hurts. I do have 3 piercings in each ear and a tattoo, so needles and jewelry insertion does hurt.

I have mine done and I watched my friend get hers done first. It's very quick and it felt like a pinch until I went to sit down in the car and then it hurt alot. So be careful when your first go to sit after it's done and be sure to keep an eye on it to check for infection.

Depending on one's tolerance of pain... Some say like ant bite where others shouted out loud...
For me, I got it done up on both my nipples and it was fine. It's not that painful, it's only the thought of it that is painful...
Do ensure you get it done by a professional and the belly ring is of good quality and it is sterilized.

My daughter got one years ago and honestly I don't remember her making a fuss about it. Think twice about it. She took it out about 2 years ago, realizing it was silly then became pregnant. She now has a black hole whick constantly has to be squeezed and this smelly black gunk comes out of it. It also looks ugly now.

That skin is pretty sensitive. It hurts quite a bit for an hour or so.

Of course it is going to hurt, they are sticking a needle into and thru the skin and fat. OWIE!

its like pinch..it lasts for 2 seconds or less than that..its not extremely painful..just go get it and get it over widd..y0u`ll be glad u did if u really want it

Well, just to let you know, you shouldnt even get it peirced. Iyt's really a turn-off for guys, believe me I am one.
