I've sucessfuly build my admin page for add-modify-delete... And then I can display the list of my product already.

But I need a very simple shopping cart where user:
1. select checkboxes beside image & click submit
2. put their name &email
3. then server send email to admin about user data+ product id

Is there any simple way to do that? Any recomended website?
