If I had any money I wouldn't need to ask a question I come on here to ask a simple question I don't really care if you have a negative response In fact if you do have a negative response I don't care to hear it.

I don't have much respect for the Louisiana legal system, but try to find a pro bono agency who can help you.

Lawyers get paid to help people. They aren't sitting on Yahoo answers looking for legal questions to answer for free. If you can't afford to hire an attorney, call the Bar Association for a referral to one who will handle your case for a reduced fee, or on a pro bono (free) basis.
